If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Delivery Policy
We’re happy to deliver your flowers with care and attention to detail.
Delivery Areas & Fees
Delivery fees are based on the delivery address and distance from our shop. The applicable delivery fee will be shown at checkout before your order is completed.
Delivery Times
We offer delivery during our regular delivery hours. While we do our best to meet requested delivery times, deliveries may be affected by traffic, weather, holidays, and the number of orders we receive.
For special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other major holidays, specific delivery time requests cannot always be guaranteed.
Recipient Availability
Please provide an accurate delivery address and a phone number for the recipient whenever possible.
If the recipient is not available, our driver may:
Leave the flowers in a safe location when appropriate;
Leave the arrangement with a responsible person at the delivery address; or
Contact the recipient or customer for further instructions.
If we are unable to safely complete the delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery fees may apply if an address needs to be corrected or if a second delivery attempt is required.
Apartments, Businesses & Special Locations
For apartments, hospitals, hotels, offices, schools, and other locations with restricted access, please provide any necessary building, room, suite, department, or recipient information at the time of ordering.
We cannot guarantee delivery directly to a specific room or location when the building has security or access restrictions.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Extreme weather, road closures, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delivery delays. We will make every reasonable effort to complete your delivery as soon as conditions safely allow.
